Duties Include:

• Customer Service / Sales
  • Welcome and engage customers, inquire about their needs, and provide personalized assistance
  • Offer comprehensive solutions to address customer requirements
  • Utilize our technology-based Point of Sale system to process sales transactions efficiently
  • Handle inbound phone and email inquiries related to sales and service
  • Create accurate quotes and estimates for technical and repair services
  • Collaborate with our technician team to support repair and installation services when necessary
  • Contribute as a reliable and cooperative team player
• Merchandising / Inventory
  • Manage inventory stock, ensuring proper maintenance and organization
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing store appearance
  • Construct eye-catching displays to enhance the promotion of seasonal products
  • Prepare the store for daily opening and closing procedures
• Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including weekends
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and follow-up capabilities
  • Strong aptitude for basic mathematical calculations and percentages
  • Good eyesight and technical proficiency required for various types of repair work
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Physical capability to lift objects weighing 50+ lbs. to eye level
